Warranty Policy

Arrow provides warranty service for all branded products manufactured and officially distributed in Vietnam.

OFFICIAL WARRANTY POLICY – ARROW HOME

Thank you for choosing Arrow products. To protect your rights, please read and understand the following warranty terms in full.


I. Description of ARROW’s Official Warranty Service:

  • The warranty service is valid within the warranty period and requires the original warranty card and invoice or receipt at the time of purchase (copies are not accepted);

  • Products eligible for warranty must meet the national legal requirements for repair, replacement, or refund services, and must be within the warranty period. After this period, replacement parts will have a 90-day warranty and paid services will be warrantied;

  • ARROW is only responsible for the original parts as they leave the factory. ARROW will not be liable for any parts installed or modified by the user or unauthorized dealers, or for any resulting malfunctions;

  • If the dealer provides additional services beyond ARROW’s warranty commitment, please confirm these services with the dealer to ensure access to them;

  • The warranty applies only for personal use; commercial products are not covered. Technical products will follow the warranty terms specified in technical contracts.


II. The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • The product is beyond the warranty period (see section III for details);

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, usage, or maintenance not in accordance with the user manual, or use in inappropriate environments;

  • Product or component damage due to abrasive cleaners such as disinfectant powder, polishing powder, nylon brushes, abrasive cloths, or sandpaper;

  • Product or component damage caused by incorrect electrical usage;

  • Product or component damage due to force majeure events such as natural disasters (earthquakes, fire hazards, etc.) or accidents (impacts, falls, stepping, etc.).


III. Warranty Conditions

WARRANTY FOR MIRROR CABINETS & VANITY UNITS

Mirror cabinets, LED mirrors, silver-coated mirrors 2 years
Countertops, drawer slides, knobs, door hinges, anti-fog film for LED mirrors, LED light strips, switches, LED controllers, etc. 1 year

WARRANTY FOR SANITARY WARE

Ceramic bodies (toilets, squat pans, urinals, lavabos, etc.) 10 years
Toilet seat accessories & lids, cisterns, flushing systems 1 year
Smart toilets 2 years

WARRANTY FOR FAUCETS & HARDWARE

Components Warranty Period
Faucets, hot/cold mixing valves, stainless steel sinks, hand showers, showerheads, aerators 5 years
LED lights, plastic pipe accessories, hand dryers, hoses, drain outlets, bathroom accessories, floor angle valves, push buttons, bidet sprays, soap dispensers, hydro-power units, time delay valves, water pipe connectors, etc. 1 year

IV. Service Information

If you encounter any issues with your ARROW product, please contact an authorized ARROW dealer or retail store in your area with your warranty card or commercial invoice.
